Full Description:
The Garden Valley Community Assn. sponsors local events and activiies such as the 4th of July Parade and Celebration, Hot August Picnic & Dance car show, Christmas in the Park, and helps to support Youth Expo and other needs of the community. This year the GVCA is sponsoring two scholarships, one for a Golden Sierra ROP student and one for Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp. We raise our funds through raffles, car show registration fees, and the Honorary Mayor campaign. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings or volunteer to help with our events.
