Meals On Wheels In Cool (ongoing)

Full Description:

The Senior Nutrition Program is pleased to announce that we are now able to serve the Cool and Auburn Lake Trail areas. If you are homebound due to illness, disability, isolation, frail, unable to prepare meals for yourself and have no one to cook for you or shop you may be eligiable for this program.
